Slate Clothing

Slate Clothing is a collection of independent womenswear boutiques based in the beautiful Cotswold villages of Broadway and Burford. A family business founded by Gilly Aspey in 2012, Slate Clothing’s shops are dedicated to offering the very best in hand-picked ladies’ fashion for every occasion. In our main shop at 34 High Street, you will discover a superb range of labels including Joseph Ribkoff, Alquema, Oui, Robell, Vilagallo, Naya, Grizas and Part Two. These are some of the 36 clothing brands that we currently stock.

We also have a shoe shop, Slate Shoes, located on the high street at 12 The Green, Broadway offering a wide range of both women’s footwear and a Sale Shop in Cotswold Court stocking fantastic year-round discounted items. Our standard clothes sizes range from 8 – 18 but don't be put off if you are outside this range. Several of our labels can supply larger or smaller sizes through the season and, for regular customers, we will buy with you in mind if we know your tastes.
