Churches

If you enjoy visiting beautiful churches, Broadway has its fair share of them. There are five beautiful churches dotted around the village, two belonging to the Church of England, a Catholic church, a United Reformed church and a Methodist church.

Spend the day learning about the religious roots of the village. Explore the history of St. Michael's & All Angels church, the designated parish church of Broadway. Just a short walk away is St Eadburgha's church, the original parish church of Broadway and place of Christian worship, dating back to the 11th century.

The Methodist church at the the top of the high street has stood since 1812 and is the fourth largest Christian denominational church. A little up the road is the Broadway United Reformed church, which dates back to the 17th century when it was erected in celebration of Reformed Christianity.

As you head away from the high street on Leamington road you’ll find St Saviour's Catholic Church, a celebrated place of Catholic worship that has roots dating back to 1826. Treat yourself to a relaxing walk and enjoy a fascinating day by exploring Broadway’s beautiful churches.
